Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use RevReel, and old enough in your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App, or use it to build a competing service.

RevReel runs on credits. New accounts receive a starting balance, and generating an image or a clip deducts credits from that balance. Credit costs vary by the type and quality of generation and may change over time.

RevReel Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that grants a weekly credit allocation and access to the full catalog. Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through the App Store on iPhone and through Google Play on Android, and are billed to the Apple ID or Google Account you bought them with. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings on iPhone, or in Google Play › Payments and subscriptions on Android. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money. Unused credits may expire at the end of an allocation period. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, Apple or Google, under their published policies.

Credits are attached to your RevReel account, so they follow you to any device you sign in on. A subscription is attached to the store account that bought it, so buying Pro on one platform does not unlock it on the other. Prices are set per store and may differ between them.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to host, store, reproduce and process those photos for the purpose of operating the service and producing the outputs you request.

You represent that you have the rights to every photo you upload, and that uploading it does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not upload photos of people, vehicles, or property you have no right to use.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images and clips you generate with RevReel and may use them personally or commercially.

Generated output is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. RevReel is designed to leave your vehicle unchanged, but we do not guarantee that any given result is accurate, faithful, or fit for a particular purpose. Do not use RevReel output to misrepresent the actual condition, specification, or history of a vehicle in a sale, listing, insurance claim, or advertisement.

Similar or identical output may be generated for other users; we make no claim that any output is unique.

You agree not to use RevReel to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts real people without their consent; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to impersonate anyone; to attempt to defeat usage limits, credits, or payment; or to interfere with, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including presets, clip styles, credit costs, and subscription tiers. We may suspend the service for maintenance or discontinue it entirely.

You may stop using RevReel and delete your account at any time from inside the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, your license ends and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

RevReel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applitude LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of RevReel. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Google is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App. Google has no obligation to provide support for the App. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and refunds are handled under Google's published policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use RevReel after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
